The first publishing project from @notasausageuk. It’s infrequent unplanned title looks into the depths, distances, rituals and creations that have, and continue to surround plant based food, cooking and eating.
The first plate (issue) started deep in the ground with THE ROOTS. Edited by Ross Bennett and Hannah Fincham of Not A Sausage, the issue brings together; topographical histories, geographical languages, the wonders of foraging, along with rituals and recipes. All in a short 8 page unique format designed paper. Featuring: Sauerkraut recipe from artist and fermenter, Sean Roy Parker (PEFA projects, Brixton Pound). New orders for service, tips, skills and much more.
